It is composed by 80 apartments and it is fully equipped with the best comfort: a swimming pool for the adult, one for the children and a jacuzzi, private parking, 5 elevators, large living rooms with a view of the sea and equipped with air conditioning, panoramic terraces, bar. Our Residence is pet-friendly: small size pets are welcome if they are used to stay in apartment but they are not allowed in common areas, such as the swimming pool and the beach due to a city ordinance.
