Conditions

End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory.
Final cleaning extra charge for pets.

TWO ROOM FLAT 2/4: twin bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, lounge with double bed settee and lateral balcony. 
TWO ROOM FLAT 2/4 Facing the Sea - Comfort: twin bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, lounge with double bed settee and facing the sea balcony.
TWO ROOM FLAT 3/5: bedroom with three beds, bathroom with shower cubicle, lounge with double bed settee and lateral balcony.
THREE ROOM FLAT 4/6: two twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle, lounge with double bed sette and pool side balcony.

Weekly rates include:

  • All taxes (excluding City tax), use of gas, water and electricity;
  • Use of pool for adults, children and Jacuzzi;
  • Car park (one parking spot for each apartment);

All the apartments have free wi-fi connection, individually controlled air conditioning, dish-washer, LED Full HD TV, hair-dryer, direct dial telephone and balcony.

The number of people staying inside the apartments must not exceed the maximum number quoted in the various types of apartments; extra persons will not be accepted for any reason at all.

Pets allowed. The guest shall notify on the reservation request if they have any pets

Washing machine and ironing facilities (90 minutes daily), shared use, free of charge.

Deposit: at the arrival, a security deposit of € 150,00 (only cash) is required. The amount will be returned to the guest at the end of the stay, after the reception staff has controlled the state of the apartment and verified that the kitchenette area has been cleaned.  
Payment: A 30% down payment of the total amount of the rent shall be paid within 5 (five) days to confirm Your reservation. The balance shall be paid at the arrival within the following Tuesday. We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSì). NO CHEQUE.
Arrivals: Saturdays from 5 p.m.
Departures: Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., after the flat has been controlled by front desk staff.
